But competing priorities, different perspectives, organisational pressures and complex interpersonal relationships can make it difficult to know where to start and what to do next
You don't need another change model. You need a practical way to make sense of your situation and move forward.

Healthcare change is rarely about one intervention, one person or one solution.
Like a mosaic, meaningful improvement emerges when we understand how the different pieces fit together; people, evidence, experience, relationships and organisational context.
